After seeing some mixed reviews, we did our own due diligence, starting with a visit to their New Braunfels facility. It’s a massive operation—certainly not a ‘fly-by-night' outfit. Meeting Kim Murray is worth the drive; she answered all our questions and offered advice on things we wouldn't have known to ask about. From the site visits to the final installation, every technician was highly experienced and gave thorough advice on equipment placement. This is a truly customer-oriented company. Their subsidiary manufactures the fiberglass shell in-house. This keeps the entire process under one roof, delivering a high-quality, turnkey result.  The precision of the fiberglass shell provided the perfect foundation for our custom stonework and patio. We also received more extras than expected. Most impressive was the owner, Mr. Chris Owens, who actually showed up to do the installation on our pool with his crew. He never mentioned he was the owner, or that his company has subsidiaries across the U.S.; he just worked hard and treated us with genuine respect. It is rare to find a successful business owner who still gets his hands dirty and leads with such humility. He sets a good standard for the entire operation. Regarding the negative reviews: the company was upfront about their payment process. I realized this is simply good business to protect against ‘no-pay’ clients.  If we moved and did this again, we would not shop prices elsewhere. The quality of the materials and the integrity of the team outweigh a marginally different price tag. We had an amazing experience with Wicked Pool Guys from start to finish. Kim was our salesperson, and she was incredible from day one. She answered all of our questions, never pressured us, and made us feel confident about moving forward. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. Becca, our pool coordinator, kept everything organized and on track. Her communication was excellent — she kept us updated throughout the entire process and made sure we always knew what was happening next. Chris, Logan, and Julio were the crew who installed our pool, and they were outstanding. They worked hard, paid attention to detail, and treated our property with respect. It’s clear they take pride in their work. Watching everything come together was impressive. The finished fiberglass pool looks incredible and has completely transformed our backyard. It’s now a space our family enjoys every day, and we’re truly grateful for the entire Wicked Pool Guys team. If you’re considering installing a pool, I highly recommend them. We went in looking at the cabo model and by the time we met with Kim the sales manager we were sold! They are extreamly friendly and very knowledgeable answering all of our questions and concerns! From start to finish the project went so smoothly meeting with Chris on site to make our dream a reality! The install crew was very well mannered and cleaned up after themselves everyday. We are happy with our huge pool bought and installed by this company. Concrete and stone coping was contracted out by me but they did the rest.
